Welcome to Equestrian 7 Estate's new website. Like the rest of our equestrian training and events facility, you can watch it grow and develop into North Texas' best place to go for horse training and good times.

Equestrian 7 Estate lies on 30 acres just east of Scurry, TX. That's between Kaufman and Ennis on State Road 34

Over the next few weeks, we will add pictures, maps, contact information, and introductions to our staff. Equestrian 7 Estate is an ideal piece of land for horse training so we needed the best in the area. Our training program is managed by Tony Hernandez. He trained many successful racers in this area and several of his current horses are located at Equestrian 7 Estate.

Our 1/4 mile track and starting gates are going in now and the trails, pasture improvements, rodeo arena, separate jumping arena, and parking area won't be far behind. Equestrian 7 Estate owner Ronnie Johnson-Bey is anxious to build the concession stand and fire up his babeque smokers.
